What should I wear and what I will need?
Plan on everything getting wet while kayaking. Wear a swimsuit and water shoes or sandals. Bring a towel, sun protection such as sunblock, hat and sunglasses. You will want dry clothes after the tour.
Should I bring water and snacks?
We provided water and snacks on all the tours. For full day tours we provide a light lunch.
Can I take pictures?
You can bring water cameras, however, photos of the Bioluminescence needs special film and equipment. If you value your digital camera leave it in your car. Remember, this is an adventure for your memory.
How many people have you lost?
We have never lost anyone. Our guides are very concerned about keeping the touring groups together.
How do we see at night?
We equip each kayak with glow lights. This will assist you in the following the group thought the canal. All our guides are required to carry additional emergency lights.
Do I need to know how to swim?
No. For our team safety is first. Everybody is required to keep their lifejackets on at all time.
Do I need to know how to kayak?
Most of our guests are first time kayakers. Paddling instructions and safety rules are given before every tour.
Do I need to bring my gear for any trip?
No. Will provide you with all the necessary equipment.
Is there a good place to eat after the excursion?
Yes, ask your tour guides where is the best local restaurant on the area.
Is it safe for kids?
Our minimum age for any of our trips depends of the difficulty of the excursion. Our personnel is completely trained on safety and rescue management.
